I understand this is an administrative request handled by reception staff, not by a doctor. This form is not monitored continuously and no response time is guaranteed; replies may be delayed, particularly during closures (holidays, vacations). For any urgent problem (including but not limited to: sudden vision loss, flashes or floaters, a curtain or shadow across your vision, severe eye pain, eye injury or trauma, or chemical or other exposure), I must call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For non-urgent advice, I can call 811.
